Born and raised just outside State College, Pennsylvania. I have been fishing Penns Creek all of my life and has been a family tradition for over 100 years. Fly fishing was at first a hobby, then a passion, and now a life style. I love fly fishing and how it has impacted my life. I want to share that experience with others.

My upbringing in the Midwest has provided me with extensive opportunities to pursue various fish species. I particularly enjoy utilizing poppers for smallmouth bass and pursuing predatory brown trout during the autumn season. With over two decades of on-water experience, I am adept at instructing novices and refining dry fly casting techniques for seasoned anglers preparing for their next significant expedition. I anticipate the pleasure of our shared time on the water.

I grew up in Maryland with my dad routinely taking my brothers and I out to fish the gunpowder river, where I found a passion for trout fishing. When I graduated high school I moved out west to chase big fish. Since I was 5 years old almost all I could focus on was fish and I kept finding myself on the river. I appreciate everything fly fishing has taught me and I am excited to share what I have learned with you. See you on the water!
